SUB confusion

Ok, so ive been in the audio game for awhile now and for the most part i know my stuff pretty well. Im into the whole spl thing more as a hobby than anything else. Well today i was looking at audiopipe 15's and i got a bit confused. One model is 1000 rms with a 98db efficiency, the other is 850 rms with a 96 db yet its more expensive.... this would be because?????

There are other specs to look at besides sensitivity and power handling......For example, excursion, inductance, motor construction, cone and surround material, etc.
