Subaru stages?

so i have looked everywhere and cant find the different mods it takes to be different stages. some places say stage 2 is TBE and a tune is this true? and what are the mods for further stages. i assume stage 3 is somthing like injectors, fuel pump,vf39, catless up, sti tmic , and a tune is this true?

Owing a few people on here have Subarus I figured I'd ask but I guess Subaru forums is the way to go SORRY club civic

Common stages:

Stage 1: Intake (you'll never see anyone mentioning "stage 1")
Stage 2: Downpipe + tune
Stage 3: Common bolt ons (intake, TBE), fuel pump, injectors, possibly bigger TMIC
Stage 4: Turbo upgrade + supporting mods.
