Subs

Okay I have all my subs, amps, and capacitor all hooked up.....when i change the station or song for a cd....the subs like pop....what could be the cause of this?

ur ground could be lose or its not a good enough ground.. or check ur rc cables..make sure they're not pinched or cut n e where

all i can say is check all of the connections and make sure they are all good and tight and also check out all the wires..

are they popping when u turn the volume all the way down ? or what

When i turn the volume completly off and then turn it on it pops

yea then deff. check out ur ground wire and rc cable..same thing was happenin to my boy and he had to replace his rc cables...then it worked good

chances are its your ground. check the connections and such. if you drilled out your own hole to tap the ground to, file the paint away around the edges. You may have a pinched RCA cable, as this occurs when goin from no input to live input. Anywhere where there could be abrasion on the cables, it helps to wrap them with an extra layer or 2 of electrical tape as well.
