surging idle and stalling

First when i start my car it takes about 10 seconds for the oil light to go out it has plenty of oil in it. the sensor is removed from the block in a T that was used to run an oil feed line for turbo before.

Second it idles at around 2000rpms until it warms up then when i stop it attemps to stall or will stall.

Third when i let it sit and idle it start surging between 500 and 2000 rpms then it will stop and after a few seconds it will settle to around 1500.

Lastly now if i let it idle long enough the oil light will start to flicker unless i press the gas to bump up the rpmsto 2000 or more butthen it tries to die and starts doing the surging idle.

Things ive tried:
Cleaned iacv, adjusted idle screw, adjusted tps using volt meter, checked for vacuume leaks, changed 02, changed spark plugs

Cels:
43 fuel supply system 1

Don't drive the car until you fix the low oil pressure problem. Otherwise, your engine will soon be toast.

Fix code 43 - start by testing the O2 sensor. Also measure the fuel pressure and test the FPR.

Did you run a smoke test on it to check for vacuum leaks or did you do the carb cleaner trick? This sounds alot like vacuum problems. Just for peace of mind maybe check or change fuel items aka fuel filter stuff like that.
