Need some feedback on the suspsension for a H22 setup on a 98 hatch. Preferably from someone that has this setup..Im going to do the swap really soon and want to find out the best route to go for the suspsension.
custom spring rates and dampners, probably go with either gc/revalved koni yellows or a full custom setup from tein, tanabe, progress, etc. no off the shelf kit is going to compensate for the extreme weight of the swap.
GC makes a coilover system (or it might be just springs) that's built especially to handle of H22 swaps (or any heavy motor). GC's and Koni Yellows are a great setup
I know a few people who have run integra weight front springs with h22s. It seems to work ok. Obviously the h22 is still heavier than anything the integra ever had to deal with, but they are still better than civic springs.
