Suspension Rims Ect

I just bought a 1998 civic coupe ex i wanna lower it, so it has stance i love the hellaflush look.
i have rims in mind (xxr 522) i want to to +0 offset but what all do i need to do to make my car sit nice with the rims tucked (i plan on doing camber to but not right away)
do i need to roll the fender and pull them? i plan to get 15x8 or 16x8 with a +0 off set
so i need to know what size tires ect and what all i need to do?

Theres a thread up tht some1 strted not to long ago who had xxr wheels with a zero offset and they are having major problems...i hear anythng uder a 40 offset can be a pain...but I wld guess u need some upgrades to ur suspension...but do some research any see.
