so i jus bought a b18b1 block with gsr head it has rods and pistons already in it but im wondering what head gasket to use and if it matters and how to find out what mm size the gasket is.?

If the bore is stock your gonna want a 81mm gasket. Why not buy a GE lsV kit and it will come with Head gasket u need

can the bore be 81 if it has had rods and pistons installed.? and ive already got the vtec kit jus missing the head gasket

yeah the bore is the same whether the pistons are installed or not...

If you have calipers you can use that to measure it.
