no the stock seats from a 2000 civic si, sorry i forgot that in the USDM the civic with the b16a is a si. In Canada your Si is a SiR

tryed... different bolt pettern but nothing a couple pieces of flat steel some drill bits a drill and some nuts and bolts couldnt fix... yes nigger rigged but... they sat straight lol
