Switching from 15" to 16" wheels

Hi, I'm a newbie here. Just purchased a 2003 Civic EX and was wondering if I could switch out the 15" wheels with a 16" Honda Accord alloy.

Umm check lug pattern

As long as the lug pattern matches and the offset is within a tolerable range

lug pattern is not the same. Your civic is a 4x100 and the older accords are 4x114.4. newer accords are 5x100
