Does anyone have any suggestions or pictures of how I should set up my system in the trunk.? I dont want to loose my space tire space and I still want it to look nice and clean!

Depends what you want in a system and how much you value your storing capacity. I have my amp mounted to the back seat. I have one 10" in a ported box with a lot of extra wire so I can move it around in the trunk or it can easily be removed when I need to haul stuff. I don't have the box screwed to the floor. This way if I need to move stuff, it's not that big of a deal.

Looks like the back ofmy trunk. I've got no storage anymore. i woudln't mount the amp on top of your sub box though....just mount it on the back of your seat or something, the vibrations of being on top of the box could mess with it.
When i get some time, i'm going to look into making figberglass enclosures for the trunk so i have one sub on either side, like where the wheel wells are. or just build it into the floor

look into the infinty basslink my man. i got it and the bass is super huge but it adds some umph and takes up very little space

More room to put stuff than w/ a huge box in the back. And according to Longrain, there's room for a spare and it folds up and comes out easily.
