ok i have a question are all t3/t4 turbos the same or does the name of the turbo matter ( greddy, hks, garrett ) as in performane or will a off brand be just as good!!!! thanks

I'm not an expert on sizing turbos but no the're not all the same. Look at the trim size. Bigger= more power can be made with a longer spool time and Smaller= less power can be made but quicker spool times.
yes, that's right.. not all t3/t4 are equals, all depend of A/R ,etc.
ok say if the a/r is the same everything is the same as in size, spool ect... i'm talking about does the name of the turbo matter (ok look if you had a greddy turbo and another exact same turbo but it's an off brand name doesn't it matter which one is better)
yes, it does matter. for most quality brands, such as garrett, turbonetics, precision, etc, they use garrett made internals with their own compressor and turbine wheels and housings. the low qualtiy turbos, many of which you see on ebay, are made from unknown sources. some of those are decently made, many are not. a turbo spins in excess of 100,000 rpm, so absolute precision is necessary or the turbo will have problems. an improperly made or balanced turbo will cause damage to itself and your engine.
