I am installing a remote starter on my 1998 civic ex. I have everything running as it should, I just cannot locate the tach wire so the system knows the engine has started. All the wiring diagrams I have looked at say on the tach test connector in the engine compartment on the drivers side firewall, but I have probed what seems to be every wire i can find, and none seem to be the tach wire. Any help as to which one it is is much appreciated. thanks!
