Do your parking lights still come on or not? if they dont and only ur headlights themselves and brights come on it is a fuse. I think it might be marked as small light in the fuse box in the engine bay.

its best to check the fuse first.

okay, so what if its NOT the fuse!?!?!?

and all the front lights work properly.. high beans,, day time.. left right blinkers in the front all work fine.. just everything at the back............ not sure about the reverse though.. i need to test that tomorrow..

Did you do anything reciently? If its not a fuse maybe a loose/cut connection somewhere down the line. Rusted ground wire maybe... But check to see if its a fuse and also check the bulbs simply becuase its an easy fix. And AFAIK the front and rear turn signals are on the same circuit so if the fronts work the back should also as long as the wires are in good condition.

Just follow the wires, you either have bad bulbs or a break in the circuit.
