I did that with my cousin using his radio transciever similar to that on the video.

Those radios can intercept police radio and actually talk to them...we wouldnt do that though...

If you just want to listen to cops, get a police scanner. These are 100% legal to have.

You can install it in your car for the runs..but I think thats all too overboard...

I believe i saw the model number in the video. Its going for about $300 on eBay. Its a FM Tranciever and not similar to a CB...more like a "HAM" radio or something.

I beleive these also reqiure a license of some sort to operate frequently.

yea, its deff not a taco bell headset, they just scanned for the frequency that taco bell was using, dialed and had fun. but i dont recomend this, because ur A$% WILL get caught.
