Well here is an update, but first off, I just wanted to get some feedback from you guys about this situation. One picture that I posted on forums is currently being to by robearracing to help sell there product(that sp style lip), but they didn't ask for permission, and I don't give them permission to use it. I can't really sue or anything because i didn't copyrite the picture, but its a picture of my car that I took, and I think i should get some benefits from this. I wouldn't be heated if they asked to use the picture. let me know what you guys think. Should I get a fricken discount from them or what?

Driver of my civic was my older brother, teg driver was my younger brother, i was the camera man. lol

I think theyre is something you could do, but you dont have any lawyer friends you could ask? I mean, I couldnt imagine them just being able to use a picture of your car to make profit without your permission. The least they could do is take your picture down unless you dont mind it being up there... Hell, if they dont take it down, find some way to profit off THEIR ass..

I would just be flattered about it. If you say something about it, all they will do is take it down and pick up another car with the same lip. Might as well have it up there just for kicks. I was never asked if clubcivic could use a pic of my car as the banner, but I dont really care. If I did, I wouldve notified them to take it down.

dont get me wrong now, i am flattered that my car was put up, but i just don't like that fact that they are profitting from my picture, and my car without asking permission. i'm def shooting for that discount.

thanks for the comments, just trying to keep her clean, and get her ready for spring. same with my brother's car. i hope both cars will look different by summer. boosted ls-t is how i might go, but we'll see.

dont look at it from buisness point a view... look at it as a compliment.. thats how i saw it


I dont usually say this but id like to see some polished si rims on there instead now that you have a different lip
