My buddy had a VR6 powered beetle he was looking to TT it. Awesome car. People would see his beetle, then here is beetle, reactions were priceless! The only thing is it had so many electrical issues... VW... electricall issues... no way! I mean thats like a civic having hp issues. But seriously if it wasn't in and out of a shop he woulda kept it.

What I'm trying to get at is those swapped beetles are just a pain in the ass to maintaine because it's such a b***h to work on (the swap was "professionally done" supposedly he was a well known guy in the vw world; I assumed my friend was right)

Still a sick car none the less.
