Yes, they are there. Engine bay looks good - except for that rusty-ass header. 8) Paint your heat shield black and throw it back on (I'm assuming yours came with a heat shield, but I don't know details of 5th gens).
Waiting on the exterior pics, though..

that looks liek a stock valve cover to me
