Thinking of a trunk layout

I have a hatchback and wanted to have a little more bump but have some trunk space still. With the little to begin with. I have mapped out what I'd like for it to look like. The setup is going to consist of a 12" Premier Champion Series woofer, The Pioneer 400RMS mono Class D amp to go along with that. It will be a ported box tuned to 33hz with a double flared 4" port. SQ/SPL is what I was going for. I know alot about audio. I am not here to have you criticize me having it ported. The Grey is going to be plexiglass. Please excuse my poor attempt at trying to show you the layout. So... anyway, any other ideas? No fibreglass please.

Ive got a kicker 10" in a box along with a kicker amp.. i mounted the sub facing the trunk all the way to the left(drivers side) and mounted the amp directly behind it... therefore only the sub is seen upon opening the trunk.. also leaves some space in the truck to throw in a snowboard =D

I like the whole 1 woofer idea. I had two and I couldn't even use my trunk OR mirrors. I want to make it show quality. Thanks, by the way... off topic. You have a nice car. I have seen some of your threads.

1 woofer works fine.. especially if you have a good one and push decent wattage to it.. i'm running 1000watts to mine and it sounds fine to me!

Thanks for the compliment about my car.. it's coming along slowly but it'll be nicer once I finish painting it and get the engine back together and installed =) .. then I can post a worthy thread!

I'll be looking for it. One day I hope my car is worthy. Haha, 400 RMS is plenty for me. I had 2000rms in it before and that is too much. I mean, it is cool to shake cars far away but not needed. ANYWAY... back on topic. Thanks
