OK< Heres what I would do..

1 a full tune up with plugs, wires, rotor and cap
2 take apart the throttle body and clean it
3 take off the IAVC on the back of the manifold and clean it
4 change the fuel filter as im sure its probably the original one thats going on 20 years old

When I say take apart the TB, I mean take it off the manifold, clean the ports and butterfly area.

Dont do it on the car and spray into the intake.
