Throttle sticking just a little bit. AGGRAVATING!!

Hello, hoping somebody can help. My 96 civic needed a map sensor because it was cracked and also the throttle body was cracked where the map screws in. So I got a nice looking throttle body from my local upull. I put the new one on and now when I barely touch the gas it will stick at what sounds like 1500 maybe 2000 rpm. But I can put my foot under the pedal and it will go down to normal idle. Its something to do with this throttle body because I put the old one back on just to check and it idles correctly. I have cleaned almost every inch of this thing. Any suggestions?

I also to the idle control sensor from the old one and put on the new one

Have you checked your throttle cable?

Clean the throttle plate with brake cleaner too, it might be sticking.

Yeah I got my cable right and just to double check I put the old throttle body back on and everything worked right. Its something to do with the t body. I cleaned my plate pretty good but I can feel it stick a little when I push it open. But the old one does the same thing. Should I put my old plate in the new tbody?
