really? s**t is that bad around where you live? people just want to jack your s**t all day huh?

you know... i have NEVER had my car broken into. i have never had any of my family cars broken into.. yea... i had a cd case some up missing cause i left the windows down... my own fault..

for almost 10 years now... i have lived with my keys being left in my car at night... windows down thousands of times... left running at a gas station.... hundreds of times. there for a period of 5 or so years... i left the keys dangling out of the ignition... doors unlocked and the windows down... overnight, days on end...cars that havent moved in a month... key is in it... and i can move it if i wish... just choose not to drive it..

my parents are same way.

at my house now... i live at the bottom of a hill... where the entire local high school kids walk past everyday... the keys are in the cupholder of my wifes van.... its not going anywhere... my car... yea its in the garage... but the door is unlocked... and guess what.... keys are in it as well...

really... if its that rough... dont go to car meets anymore showing off your s**t.. dont parade around your neighborhood showing off your new wheels... or your new motor swap... you keep that s**t to yourself.

you want to show it off.... go across town.... dont tell someone where you live.... unless they are like your best friend from grade school.

dont invite your boys over.... unless you know thier boys... and you know where they live. seriously.. its not that hard...

if the problem is that bad... move the f**k out...or sell the s**t on the car that lets someone know what you have...

dont put a shopping list on your window...

my brothers car.... its in his driveway... B18C1 swap and all.... been there for a year now... nobody has touched it.

honestly... a boot on your ride is only gonna make them figure a way around it... and eventually. they will.. and then... you not only out a car... but out the money you spent on that ridiculous s**t of a bad attempt to protect your car.

ive owned my subaru for almost a year now... one time i saw some kids from the school attempt to kick my car... they were black... i ran out onto the porch... called them some niggers... and told them if they want to kick something to come back here and they can try and kick me... i damn near chased them down... they ran....i never saw them again.

you have a problem with thieves... then catch them... if your car is your pride... then you wont mind sleepng in it for a few weeks... they will get the point.

if you sell something locally.... meet at the walmart... not your house.

my area its safe ill keep my doors unlocked but i lock my doors at work, and ended up getting stolen and stripped. If u really care for your car invest in lo jack, good alarm system, kill switches, and full insurance. If people want to steal your car they will find a way, it sucks but now thats the part in owning a honda you want to work on, haters dont want to see you with nice things.
