Tires Rub Bad After Lowering Some More

I got a 98 civic sedan and i dumped it so much that my jack doesnt fit but when i turn my tires rub ive rolled the fenders and added a front and rear camber kit i got some 195-50-15s on some koing retracks and i was thinking maybe a thinner tire might help cause i know/want to go lower .... any suggestions

Are your fenders rolled? Are you sure its hitting the fenders and not the fender liners?
