totalled my civic hx

my car got totalled yesterday afternoon... like around 1 o'clock... i was driving down my road going like 40 mph.... heading to my girlfriend's house...i look down for a second to see how fast i'm going..... and then this car out of nowhere didn't stop for a stop sign at an intersection crossed it and tried beating me.... then i look back up and was like "s**t, too late".... tried to brake but it wouldn't really matter because i'm hittin that car.... and i did.... once i hit the car the airbags popped out and it cracked my winshield but it didn't hit me because my seatbelt held me back.... all my senses got knocked out for a second and i heard a ringing sound in my ear and all i can hear was..." are you ok?" "are you ok?" "are you ok?"... i look to my right and saw this guy who was on the other side of the intersection( to my right) he was asking if i was ok.... and i just nodded my head... i checked if i was alright... and i was ... thank god....i got out of my car to check myself again... and everything was alirght.... but as i was walking towards the front of my car i looked down to my right to check on the car... and maNnn it was FcuKed.... .. i went over to the other car and asked if they were ok.... and they were... i hit a bmw 3 seris sedan with kids in the back.... after that.... i just sat on the curb and just looked at my car just chilling there in the middle of the road..... saw pieces of my headlight and i was madd so i kicked that s**t.... but all in all it was her fault... even the cops said that it was her fault and it was my right of way.... but still i miss my car...so i'm gettin another car... thinking about 1999-2000 black civic si....

i'm glad too that no body got hurt.... i dunno how much i'm gettin from insurance... but the insurance from person is paying for everything... my parents insurance is just paying for the towing of my car.... i'm gettin mycar towed here at my house pretty soon... then i'm gonna take pictures and send it to the insurance company....
