Touch Screen Info

Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys could help me out with some touch screen info. I was looking to possibly put one in soon to have for this summer. I was looking for one on ebay for around 200 but ill prob have to go around 300 it looks like. I was just wondering if you guys could just suggest some reliable ones or names to go with, or ones that are the best for the money. Would this make a good mod? If anyone who currently has one could tell me if they find it useful and find that it was worth the money, i would greatly appreciate it.

I have a 7" in dash touch screen Jensen. It cost me $630. It has a dvd/cd, tv tuner, a scan disk slot (like your camrea has) that i can play mp3's from, has every option you could want. The quality on the tv is immaculate.

If you get a Alpine, Panasonic, or any of those high quailty names, you'll get the same thing, but won't have to spend $2000-$3000 dollars.

I don't think you are going to get quite the same thing out of a Jensen that you would an Alpine.

But the Jensen is a very cheap unit and it holds up.

well you could get a dual(the ones they sell at wally world). I got one and put it in my 07 silverado and it works great and has alot of extra stuff

I Personalize I know the Jensen doesn't doesn't have
Hi Pass and Lo Pass x overs, I am pretty sure the Jensen doesn't have both
Time alignment I know the Jensen doesn't have

i-personalize is ftw, btw.

i know that alpine is reliable. we've had alpine in the past and have not had a single problem with them. a company doesn't get a reputation for reliability for no reason.
