Tranny noise

There is a noise coming from the tranny which sounds like there is a piece of metal jumping around inside it , if I press the clutch down the noise goes away, if I release the the clutch the noise comes back...any info on this please

my car did that and it was a bearing.. which involved tearing the tranny apart to fix.. which at the time was beyond my ability.. I had Honda address the situation.. if you are new to cars.. and just learning.. this is IMO not a job that you can simply do in an afternoon..

if u dont have knowledge dont do it plain and simple

That means that your input shaft bearing is going bad in your transmission.

^This. It could also be one of the other transmission main bearings, but the input shaft bearing is most common.
