well my imput shaft bearing is bad in my tranny..and a shop wants 900bucks to change all the bearrings...do anyone know where i can get a new tranny...cause i know i can get a 99 tranny for 500 bucks

I have a friend that has an 2000 Ex tranny for sale. No grinds whatsoever. It has about 50k miles I believe. I also have a Clutchmasters Stage 1 Clutch for this tranny if you want. The clutch has 15k miles.
how much???...and does the tranny for a 99 bolt right on to a d16y8?

This is also a stock clutch and flywheel. You may also reuse yours if you dont need the flywheel off of this tranny. Just make sure the flywheel gets resurfaced.

Ur up in Seattle and Im here in Northern Cali. UPS Ground or some other carrier will probably be around $75, but it will also be shipped in a small crate so it gets delivered properly. If not a crate, it will be a small wooden pallet and will be boxed up.
If you are seriously interested, let me know so I can contact my friend about the tranny. I was planning on selling the clutch for $125-$150 alone. Maybe we can make this one complete package for one decent price.
a clutch tool i can "borrow" from work..and i can order a throw out bearring for pretty cheap....lemme know what you think the over all price is..and we can possibly work somting out
Well, incase you think the price is high, based on the PM conversation we just had, you can purchase just the tranny alone. There is no pressure in purchasing the Clutch becuase I can always get rid of it on ebay. The price has been updated in your PM.
