Transmission problem

hey guys first day for me here its very nice site
I have recently bought a car Honda Civic Model 96 and I am having trouble Transmission, it is difficult to often that the transfer speed of the conveyor 3 2 1 in reverse, as it should be driven by a strong, knowing that I examined the oil Transmission
Which is good, can be a clutch problem?? Or Transmission??? Any idea on the subject will help me and thank you

1. Is your vehicle automatic or manual transmission?
2. You mentioned something about tranmission oil - did you check it? Was there enough? How did it look?

first thnx for help its manual 1500cc , and the trans oil its in stander level and the oil 10w i think its good llike the mecanic tells me
