Trunk floorboard for 92 civic hatchback

The trunk of my 92 civic hatch has carpet covering a flimsy piece of wood over the jack and spare tire. Did it come from the factory with a nice floorboard, something sturdy? Where can I purchase one because I haven't been able to find any online but maybe I am googling the wrong thing.

If its anything like my sedan was which I am pretty sure they all were originally it came with carpet covered cardboard. I ended up building one out of mdf and carpeted it myself.

What you're describing sounds like the factory piece. I just bought a better piece of wood from the hardware store and used the factory piece as a stencil.
