i was thinkin about this today, i mean power everything, sun roof, the works..why doesnt my EX come with a trunk popper?

my brother has an 00 ex coupe with a trunk popper... or are you talkin like a power trunk poppe thats like elctronic button instead of a lever.

I install starters and alarms for a living, and I've never seen a Civic with electric trunk release. Not factory, at least.

yea i mean like on ur keyless entry...would it be possible to like DIY one in their from a later model or another car? its kinda annoying having to go into my car just to pop the trunk..inconvienant...

Civics don't come with factory trunk poppers, all of them are aftemarket and they can be added to any car with or without alarm. they cost like around 15 to 25 bucks over the internet, and are very easy to install them. I'll get a link to them later.

trunk popper are the same as the door poppers. i had them on my car until it broke, i been to lazy to replace it. plus i forgot the brand it was, i had it for about 3 years. it broke cause my friend slam my trunk. whenever you get a trunk popper, dont slam or push down really hard. it will cause it to break or knock the module out of alignment.
