You sure that was tsunami, that was awfully small for a tsunami. Granted that was a lot of water, but it looked like they were on the coast and I think if that was a tsunami that building nor he would be there anymore.

its not the actual tsunami itself. i'm sure its just the effects of the quake on another coast.
