yes its against thel aw but if you have thel aw on your side and reasonable cause like if someone had threatened you and maybe you saw something or was threatened and had to testify against someone for something. then you can go under a whole different identification and wholenew life as a silent witness or something.

i mean his death could of been a cover up for his enemies or if he did tesitfy against someone then yea it would make sense. like suge for instants.. maybe pac testified against suge ..
people go under a new life all the time. i have this chick who witnessed a murder who testified and just to keep hr safe she demanded a new identity and everything. and she got it. so yea. aything can happen .

yes, all of that could happen. but that is fake. it was part of a totally fake cnn news report. it has been posted here before and figured out.
