no, i dont think it would be okay, you would need to build the internals before you start running boost

u dont have to build anything to boost ur car

run compression tests
replace everything (tune up) and it may last for a while
then again ur motor NA isnt gonna last that long either

Replace all of your regular wear and tear parts, compression test, and bolt on with GReddy. Before you go any higher boost than stock (up to 6psi) you need to start building and build smart. make this place your new home turboD16.com

no, if you run the greddy kit higher than 6psi, you dont need to "build" anything. his stock motor will be fine until about 9-10psi.

well if he is going cheap, f**k it....get a fmu. they can run reliably at 10psi. but i mean he could also do the hack...but honestly, a fmu is JUST AS GOOD as the hack for under 10psi.

my car just went over the 200k kms mark, i did a leak down and compression test, and everything is great, my motor still pulls hard as a b***h too and i win against other d16z6s...my turbo is goin on shortly, but im also gonna do a built block over the winter ( car goes away in a few weeks)
