Turbo b16a2 wont start. NEED HELP PLEASE!

ok i just rebuilt my b16 and got it in the car. the sob wont start and its pissing me off. one major problem is the oil feed is geeting hot and started to melt some wires. so we think it needs to be a better ground. we check the ground up by the power steering res. its grounded good. would the be any more grounds beside the one on the battery? hopefully someone can help our problems.

you mean the car doesnt starts or the turbo doesnt "starts"????
