Turbo build help?

Hey guys I'm new to the modding world and I'm about to do some stupid s**t with my 1995 Civic coupe
It has the 1.5l sohc 16 valve engine in it and I'm not gonna get s**t for selling it so I've decided to turbo and destroy the engine!
I need the simplest, cheapest setup for turboing for effective results but also not the proper way.
I have a ko3 turbo with a min. Of 12 psi boost ok the internal wastegate ready to go
