I have currently been running a Greddy SP exhaust on my B16 si turbo (the exhaust was bought prior to me going turbo) anyways, i've had this exhaust for a long time, and it's crapping out, why not get a new exhuast. However most of the turbo exahust systems out there are loud, and i really dont want loud (apexi n1, thermal turbo) i was wondering if i can use the Greddy EVO, or APEXi WS? i know the magnaflow exhaust isn't as quiet as the evo or ws, but is that a good exhaust for turbo?

oh yea, and one more thing, anyone know of any good sites where i get get a test pipe, or high flow cat?

your best option is to go with a straight through 3" exhaust....if you want quiet you shouldve kept your car stock

I can't imagine any straight thru muffler would be so restrictive as to make you lose that much power, especially if you're running a full 3" exhaust. Sound is correct about the turbo acting sort of like a muffler, they do quiet the exhaust noticably.

An option you might want to consider for quiet everyday driving but would still give you the performance at the track or when you don't need it to be quiet - Cutouts. It would let you run basically an open downpipe when you're at the track so you don't lose any power and you could close while on the street so you run the exhaust through a restricitve/quiet muffler.
