turbo gone bad?

Here what just happened. I was driving, having loud music and etc...then i hear this squeak noise. i turned down the music. from a stop sign, and go, (5-10mph) i hear this squeak noise. every time i switch gear i hear this squeak noise. However, i tested on the hwy, my turbo sound kind of weird also. when turbo is spooled, i also can hear the sqeak as well. help please! i checked my alternator belt and power steering.

okay, i tested again. (didnt check bov got off work late). lets say im in 3rd gear, i press gas hard, u can hear the squeak. if i press it 10x. i can hear it 10x. so basically everytime i press gas hard it squeak. as well as changing gear. hopefully its the bov
