if its the stock d15b1 or b2 your gonna need a mpfi swap before you plan on doing anything

not true, dpfi turbo has been done, but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone, being as it's still not going to supply a high enough amount of fuel that is needed to run higher levels of boost.

an easy search can net a big answer on this, trust me it's a very covered conversion, one that i even attempted many years back with a good turn out.
