new oem headgasket, arp headstuds are almost a necessity because D's are notorious for head lifts

just basically replace any gasket from something u remove(exhaust mani, oil pan)

new plugs, wires

timing belt

water pump

synthetic oil. also be sure to change your oil before and then 500 miles after install

93 octane gas

to lift a head u need more than 200hp
u dont need headbolts or a new hg if urs doesnt leak
whatever ikailburn said to replace afterwards is logical to do unless u replaced ur timing belt recently
t3 10 psi and run the bbka map on uberdata as a good basemap

Most of this s**t you dont need, unless you want more than 200whp. I have stock internals, and planning to boost 10-11 psi on stock internals. I didnt even replace and gaskets that I tooks off, just used the same ones(but replacement is recommended). Run syn. oil(mobile 1), and I stil change mine every 3000 miles also premium gas. If you boost over 6-7 psi, I would get it dyno tuned, and recommend uberdata or hondata.

umm maybe you guys should do some more reading... i know alot of boosted D's and many have had trouble with head lifts. new oem gasket and arp headstuds fixed that.

but hey its up to you. if your blow your headgasket i won't say i told you so

ask on turbod16.com and hmt.com ... they'll let u know whats up

u could also say its ok to stay on the stock clutch.. but u all know it'll slip sooner or later and will just get steadily worse.

anyways.. goodluck with the turbo, hope all goes well
