im a noob when it comes to turbo!! but ive been researching and i feel like im ready to start buying its just that i want to buy a turbo kit so i have all the parts needed to boost my 99 si. my only problem is everyone is saying buy a peakboost kit, arizona forced induction, greddy, rev hard, edelbrock etc. those kits are all like $3000-$4500 dollars. is there a better way to do this? like a cheaper kit thats not a bunch of junk!! and for ebay all i hear about them is bad things!! so a little info to help me out? thanks.

just do some quick research and you can piece yourself a kit for way less than the kits being sold in the market today

Dont buy the greddy kit, I did and I HATE IT.

Peakboost is good, I'm going to buy their manifold and downpipe when I upgrade and build my new system.

I understand the reasoning for wanting a kit, makes things easy, but if I could do it over again I'd build my own system.

go custom and build your kit. you could probably piece one together for cheaper.
