wanting to get a turbo kits whats good and whats not i want a complete bolt on setup ona d series and where can i get them dont want to spend more than 3

Well lets see. Given that you didnt give enough detail in your question its makes it a bit hard to give you the exact answer you are looking for.
First off you need to educate yourself about Turbochargers before you go off and spend money on something you seem to not know much about.
Next by stating that you wons a D series equipped car dosent tell me squat. But since I can read and you DID put the year and trim line of your Civic under your screename/avatar i can see that you have a 2000 Honda Civic EX. But what I dont know is if you have a manual or automatic. But Im gonna ASSUME that you have a manual.
As far as whats good and whats not is personal preferance.
JG Edlebrock has a good turbo kjit out for the D16Y8. I beleive is around $2k.
But seeing that YOU could have gotten ALL the answers to your questions by SEARCHING. But since Im such a nice guy I tried with what availble information that you did/didnt post.

i have a 2000 ex and it is a manual but i am going to turbo it anyway. I just want to know what kits and where
how much does the revhard stage 2 kit cost? it doesnt say on their site...
nevermind.....i found it. 2700 i think, thats like two hundred more than the greddy kit and it comes with the intercooler and all the piping and everything.....screw greddy, even if it is 50 state legal lol
