I have a t3 turbo xspower wastgate and apexi intercooler now I need to know what else I need piping bov chrome etc and as for internals I have 150000 on everything but the pistons internaly as far as I know so I'm assuming 5psi is about my boost level but if I could get a list of parts and things to do to boost around twelve to fifteen safley without blowing up my car is daily driver bout ten miles total a day and would like to keep compression ratio if could heard I'll spool faster any help I would appreciate it not rich either so keep that in mind

your psi min.-max. will depend on what specs the turbo is for example .48, .53, .60. etc
all different sizes for different set up's..your psi depends on what your spring for the wastegate is set as, if you are using and external wastegate you can swap out the springs or you can use a boost controller of some sort to up the boost (internal and external gated)
xspower parts arent really good for they are known to break faster, i rather do it right the first time with quality parts..
your intercooler is nice though, apexi makes really good intercoolers that can handle a great amount of air flow

It is external with what I believe to be a fifteen pound spring and it is a .42 if that gives you any idea and I know I need a Kevlar head gasket but as for internals whata I need forged pistons rings do I need rods and bearings valves etc just let me know what you would do thank you

15 pounds is alot for a .42 turbo.
i ran 12 on my .48 and it maxed out pretty quick
keep the compression low!

Alright bro so I guess I'll mob around nine then I'm sure it will make quite the diff it should last around nine I think and as for compresion it's gonna b high unless I throw low compesion pistons in or get a b20 bottom end and frankienstein her but if I was to keep my compresion seven to nine ok you think and with seven to nine what all should I rebuild

i would for sure atleast tear your motor apart put new bearings in it and maybe think about pistons and rings man you dont want too wash your motor out because of bad rings man trust me i see it happen all the time and for the LBS you will end up around 8-10 range guessing with out pistons

yea stock compression ur gonna want to go around 8-10 seen a guy on youtube run wit that setup on 10 pounds no head work or bottom end work. if u wanna try to save money and go light on the boost, dont go over 10, 8 to be safe.

My 2000 Si (stock b16a2) had(has) a Greddy TD05H-18g, was set about 7lbs, I got pretty good power out of that even with the little ass 310cc injectors that came with the kit. It did ok for about 7k miles, then started smoikin a bit and shootin oil through the piping. Oil would shoot out of the BOV when I shifted and at one point the dipstick started shootin up and out and sprayin oil.

Did a leakdown test and I had finished off #2 cylinder. I waited wayyy too long and had 75% leakdown. Now I'm rebuilding the bottom end.

Dude, do it right, rebuild the bottom end (bearings, rods, pistons, micro-polish the crank, and atleast hone the cylinders) The B16 is a high compression motor and while yes it will spool fairly quickly but it just won't last very long at all...do it right the first time so you can keep having fun!

Dont spend any more money until you do a lot of research first. Please.

People throw around PSI #s like it means something...they mean absolutely nothing alone.

I would rebuild the motor... it's only a matter of time until it lets go and you have to start all over. Do it right the first time and you'll be much more satisfied. With a rebuilt motor you will be able to put down more power safely.

I had a turbo on my stock B16A motor for about 9 months until one day a valve retainer cracked and I bent a valve. Needless to say I rebuilt the whole motor and am pushing a lot more power safely.
