Turbo or Supercharger?

Hey everyone im new to this so yeah hope ur all duin good.

Ive got a 2007 Honda Civic VTi (in australia) and thinking about making it faster. But what i cant decide is which i should go for Turbo or Supercharger? Over the long term which is best and which will give you the best performance for the least amount of money? Any suggestions would be great.

what do u plan on using the car for...track? autox, drag? or just a daily sprited driver with no plans of going all out with huge HP????

if you going for performance wise i would say turbo but it your lookin for a little more power to pull around in the city i would say supercharger. it all depends on what you wants out of your car and how much your lookin to get out of it. i would say turbo though cuz i love a turbo haha

Turbo technology has come so far in the last 5 years.. you used to be able to make an argument for Supercharging but w/ BB turbos you get great response and awesome high end.. turbo ftw

well the thing is its a 1.8lt SOHC VTEC engine dunno the code 4 it but ye it aint an SI. didnt have it here when i bought mine. well im after the cheaper over the long term if you know what i mean and planning on using it for street and drag. im doing up the exterior so ill post a pic in a few weeks time nd u can comment on it if u want.
