turbo project. help

here's what I'm going to be doing:

b18b1 swap
t25 turbo (about 7psi of boost)
2 or 2 1/2" exhaust pipe.
haven't made up my mind on everything else yet. help me out.
I'm going for a cheap setup here so I don't need top of the line stuff.
Which muffler should I use?
Which IC? under $100
Which BOV? under $50
Which Computer? (if any upgrade needed)
Which injecters? (if any upgrade needed)
what else do I need?

get either a t3 or t3/t4 turbo, get 2 1/2-3 inch full exhaust, get rc injectors like 330cc-440cc,get apexi s-afc or greddy e-manage to control the injectors, go on ebay to find an intercooler and bov for those prices and ic piping. get a tubular equal length manifold if possible, you need a downpipe(2.5-3inch), you need an intake cone filter

I've done my research and from what I see it's way better to go with the t25. It's a daily driver and I want it to spool about 2000-2500 rpm. t3s have a harder time doing that.

you'll make more power with the t3 and it spools at 2500 rpms, IMHO i think the t25 is crap. I am personally using a t3.

I'm not stuck on the t25 so thanks for the input. I might go with a t3 all said and done. what would that run me to get one of those used?

also if you get the t3 you'll need a exhaust manifold with a t3 flange

how much will that run me? and what kind should I get? could you list everything I need. I hate to ask this but I want to fully know what I'm doing b4 buying stuff.

turbo with internal wastegate( i recomend a t3 or t3/t4 for your set up)(oil cooled)

330cc-440cc RC fuel injectors
Apex'i s-afc(cheaper) or greddy e-manage
exhaust manifold with the correct flange for the turbo your getting(try to get an equal length or tubular one, log manifolds are the bottom of the line)
downpipe(2.5-3inch)
BOV(blow off valve, will need to be welded to piping)
ic(intercooler)
ic piping(at least 2.25inch or bigger)
exhaust system(2.5-3inch)
oil and vaccum lines(you'll need to tap your oil pan,vaccum line for the bov)
map sensor
autometer guages(boost, oil temp, fuel pressure)
boost controller(i personally use a manual one, its great plus cheaper)
turbo timer(not necessary, only is there to prolong life of turbo)

how much boost should I do on it? it's a daily driver so I don't want to risk messin up my engine.

aight! thanks. I hope to have my setup real soon here. I'm hoping to buy the engine within a few weeks and by then I'll have more money saved to start buying the turbo setup parts. I'm going to save time by putting the turbo on at the same time I put the engine in. thanks again.

oh yeah! I've heard that if you boost more than 4 psi you need a boost-dependent fuel pressure regulator. I don't know anything about that side of turboing. do I even need it?

yeah a fuel system as i listed the RC injectors with the apex'i s-afc

you need a fuel system cause if you dont get one or run too much boost, you'll run lean and blow up

alright. thanks. like I said, I don't know much about the fuel side of it but as long as I know what to get I'll learn why real quick.
