I am new to force induction....please forgive if the question is stupid. I have someone that wants to sell me a Turbo Kit. He said that it came off of a MR2. He has everything but the BOV. The only problem is that he has a B20 custom manifold. I have a D16y7 engine ('00 LX). Will I have to buy a custom manifold or will the B20 manifold work?

And just why wouldn't you turbo a d series suspek? Its done quite often. You will be needing a new manifold. You can use a hf manifold out of a I believe the 89 civic or get a new turbo exhaust manifold.

just get a new manifold it wont be much, you have to do some other s**t to make everythihng fit correctly though. But turbo your D dont listen to the bandwagon people wanting to swap all the time.
