turbo size??

I have been trying to decide which turbo is best to use and there are way to many different answers!

I have a B16A2 that I want to boost, I want to start at 10lbs and work up to 14lbs. I have heard that A T3/T4 hybrid would be the best bus what trim and a/r is best??? Please only reply if you KNOW what you are saying is true and haven't just heard it from a friend

I wand to use a turbo with a internal wastegate.... there are no down side to this are there??

Ok,

I have looked at some of the T25 turbos and the GT2560R both seem like they wont fit??? Am I right?

So that leaves the GT2554R... ok to start with? but if I want to push more than 250bhp then i sould go with GT2860RS ???

As you can probably guess I am a bit vague when it come to chosing the correct turbo...
