Exactly what you all mean when you say inlet diamter, out diameter, wet float bearing, npt oil inlet a/r compressor, a/r turbine, tial, wastegate flange and trim? Also where do all those number come from such as t3 ,td04, t25 etc? Also whats the difference between sizes in wastegate flange?

Here is an exammple if someone can tell me what it means.

T3 T4 TURBO
3" INLET DIAMETER
2"OUTLET
WET FLOAT BEARING
1/8 NPT OIL INLET
.50 A/R COMPRESSOR
.63 A/R TURBINE
.57 TRIM

ill try to explain what i can, the best i can...

t3/t4 is the flange (typically on mid to good size turbos)
3" inlet is the size of the inlet where the intake filter would be
2in outlet would be where you connect the intercooler piping
wet floating bearing....someone else can explain that better
1/8npt oil inlet is the type of connection for oil
the rest is just sizes.....again, someone else can better explain

Sounds like you just discreide an XS POWER/SSAC turbo lol

its actually called a t3 flange on a t3/t4 turbo

.50 A/R COMPRESSOR

.57 TRIM
- Inlet diameter is the size of the opening where the exhaust flows into to spin the turbine.

- out diameter is the opening that the compressed air flows through and is found on the compressor side of the turbo.

- wet float bearings are the type bearings that allow your turbine to spin, npt oil inlet is the type and size of the opening where you would attach the oil line. in your case it is 1/8 inches wide

- A/R is The Area / Radius ratio, where:
A = Area of throat at intake
R = radius of scroll in the housing of either the compressor or exhaust turbine

- Tial is a brand that makes wastegates. when they are talking about a tial wastegate flange they are specifically talking about the part of the wastegate that bolts up to your manifold and its size and shape.

- the turbine wheel trim can effect an increase or decrease in turbine pressure for a given housing A/R

- the difference in sizes with wastegate flanges has to do with how much flow they have. obviously the bigger the opening the more flow it has.

- t3, t4, t25, td04 are just names of different turbos, when you see a turbo listed as t3/t4 it is refered to as a hybrid turbo, where the t3 in t3/t4 is the exhaust housing and t4 is the compressor housing.
