Turbo Timer problem

I have everything hooked up correctly, but when the turbo timer is running i cant lock the doors. Im thinking i might have to bypass some door lock thing because it stills think im in the car, or maybe something to do with my alarm. Anybody know anything about this

what turbo timer do you have? what alarm do you have? perhaps you hooked up the wrong wires somewhere reversing the polarity somehow

Well i basically followed this DIY guide http://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/index.php?topic=59286.msg679858#msg679858
everything works perfectly fine, only thing that it wont do is lock. ihave a Viper alarm system and im using it with the Greddy Turbo timer

it probably has to do with your viper alarm. try starting your car with your key and locking it with the remote while the car is running and the key is in the ignition. if that doesnt work then theres your problem
