that harness is so that you dont have to cut into the factory wiring for the ignition, it basically makes the install plug and play under that part of the dash. I just installed my Greddy Turbo timer and really like it. If you went to go greddy you would need to run wires to the ECU for VSS and to the e-brake to the e-brake sensor.

your HKS link is really GREDDY.

it should be that way with all turbo timers, the VSS tells the TT what RPM and speed you're going to calc the run time, and the ebrake sensor lets the TT that the ebrake is pulled and okay to let the car run when turned off. It took me some time to get used to my TT, I need to pull the ebrake and have both my feet of the pedals for a couple seconds then turn my car off, otherwise it wont let the car run when I turn the key off.

why even run a turbo timer? how often are you running your car hard and then immediately shutting it off?

just drive easy the last mile of wherever you go, and you will be fine

good choice in the product. The install should be easy with that harness. If you need help with the wiring let me know, I just did so I remember most of it. The E-brake sensor is right next to the drivers seat when you take of the console over the e-brake. For the VSS, I just tapped into the wire right before the ECU connection.

Good Luck!
