This actually belongs in the forced induction section, moved it for you. There's plenty of information on the site about turbo's, you just have to look.

Unfortunately, nobody can answer your question, as it is entirely too vague. First I'll start off with....do you have an automatic or manual transmission? How much experience do you have with working on cars? What is your budget? What is your goal for horsepower?
