Hi I am new to the site and new to honda but not new to boost. About to buy a B18c1 and wanted to know if putting B18a or B18b pistons in the block is a good idea in order to try to drop the compression ratio. Also what compression ratio should I expect?

Keep the gsr pistons and boost it. Forged internals are a good idea if you are going to resleeve, if ou are going to keep the stock sleeves, then keep stock internals. Forged pistons have a tendency to expand with the amount of heat that is produced and shink again once they cool
